  • Orders are dispatched via our third-party logistics partners across serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are approximations. JAINZ STORE is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, weather events, or state/national holidays.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • Certain product categories (e.g., customized items, clearanced stock, innerwear) may be non-returnable due to hygiene or operational standards.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within after quality verification of the returned item.
